Central Government brought 3 Anti Farmers Acts which are hereunder as follows:
1. FARMERS PRODUCE TRADE AND COMMERCE (PRODUCTION AND FACILITATION) ACT - 2020.
2. FARMERS (EMPOWERMENT AND PROTECTION) AGREEMENT ON PRICE ASSURANCE AND FARM SERVICES ACT-2020.
3. ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT - 2020.
In above 2nd Act the Central Government has been given indirect permissions to the corporate companies to make the Indian Farmers as bonded labour within their own agricultural lands.
In above said 3rd Act the corporate companies must and should create shortage of essential food commodities and hunger due to commercial mind to exploit the India people with high prices.
The corporate companies always try to their commercial benefits only and they block the essential food commodities due to this reason food safety falls in dangerous under the guise of this 2nd Act.
That's why Jai Maha Bharath Party took commitment always fight against the above said 3 Anti Farmers Central Acts and to support to our Indian farmers until to repealed the above 3 Anti Famers Central Acts.
The Jai Maha Bharath Party put in agenda that 28% GST repealed by 16% CT (Common Tax) in India.
