A book on Puratchi Thalaivar DrMGR launched The book titled “Critical Years of an Immortal Legend’ is penned by DR H. V Hande Chennai, 28 th March 2019: Dr H V Hande, a well-known face in the medical field of Tamil Nadu ,was also a politician in the yesteryears. He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly from Park town cons tituency as a Swatantra party candidate in 1967 and 1971 elections.
