Running for Hope: Kauvery Hospital Leads Chennai in 4th K10K Cancer Awareness Run
Chennai, 1st February 2026: Chennai witnessed an inspiring display of unity and community spirit as over 7,050 participants came together for the 4th Edition of the K10K Cancer Awareness Run, organised by Kauvery Hospital. The annual event has steadily grown into a significant city-wide initiative aimed at spreading awareness about cancer, emphasising the importance of early screening, and promoting preventive healthcare. Runners from diverse age groups and backgrounds participated in the 5 km and 10 km categories, including fitness enthusiasts, families, students, corporate teams, and seasoned athletes. The strong turnout underscored Chennai’s increasing commitment to proactive health practices and timely cancer screening. The 10 km run was flagged off by Thiru Ma.
