Madras Art Weekend 2025 Kicks Off with Inspiring Theme: ‘Madras Reimagined’ Gallery Exhibit
Chennai, 3 December 2025: Madras Art Weekend 2025 opened with a VIP Preview and the launch of its Gallery Exhibit at Taj Coromandel, ahead of public access from 4–6 December. The evening began with a lamp-lighting ceremony led by Hon’ble IT & Digital Services Minister Dr. Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, filmmaker Mani Ratnam, US Consul General Christopher Hodges, and social entrepreneur Sethu Vaidyanathan, followed by an exhibition walk-through. The festival will also feature a Collectors’ Panel on “The Impact of Private and Public Patronage”, moderated by Deepali Goyal with speakers Amit Khanna, Siddharth Somaiya, Rhea Kuruvilla, and Narayan Lakshman.
