SCIENCE EXPO HELD AT VELAMMAL  Chennai, Mar, 2019: In connection with ‘National Science Day’ the IIT Foundation of class VI-VIII organized STEM EXPO on 2nd March, 2019 in the school campus.  A wide range of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths projects were displayed.   The display of Hydroponic farming  was the eye catcher of the day.  The other attractions were the effects of artificial rain, vibrating robot, Hydraulic bridge, improvised ambulances to arrest traffic congestion, automatic rain water harvesting, Automatic street sweeper, Treasure island with Mathematical numbers, Solar Train, Smart city, Fire Alarm, Geothermal energy, Automatic street lights etc. It was a memorable day for the parents and students.  The expo was an opportunity to the students to explore the innovation in them.
