Tamil Nadu River Retrieval Movement Co-organised the River Parikrama of 6 Rivers with IPRBC (Indian Peninsular River Basins Council)

On 20, 21, 22 August 2021 a unique gathering of farmers and river activists happened in Chennai. It was   truly the beginning point of the River-Parikrama Yatra. In the outcome document dated 22.11.2021 , was   the announcement to undertake a joint yatra of farmers and the river activists under IPRBC (Indian   Peninsular River Basins' Council) from 2nd October to 26th November.  We were addressing both - the entire world of farmers in India under crisis, because of the 3 Laws which were passed hastily and also the entire issue of how water and rivers, being an inextricable domain that affects farmers and farming, must be protected and rejuvenated the more global climate change crisis in all its facets Innovative missions are started under testing circumstances. Puducherry Chief Minister Shri Rangasamy attends JCI India Zone Conference || New Office-Bearers Elected

Puducherry: JCI India is a voluntary organization, membership-based NGO working in India since 1949 for developing the leadership skills of young men and women of this country. It is affiliated to Junior Chamber International (JCI), a worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs founded in 1944, having headquarter at Chester Field USA. Currently it has over 200,000 active members and more than one million graduates, in over 100 countries and 6,000 communities. JCI India is the Second largest Member Nation of Junior Chamber International. Currently we are active in more than 26 states and union territories of India. Zonal Conference of Zone XVI of JCI India – Bandham was held in Puducherry at Puducherry Technical University in which around 300 delegates from around eight Revenue Districts of Tamil Nadu have participated.
