Chennai, April 18, 2026: A.M. Jain College celebrated a significant academic milestone as it hosted its 50th Graduation Day Ceremony for the self-financed stream, with 1,461 students graduating across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The event also honoured academic excellence, with 34 students securing university ranks within the top 10 of the 2024 batch. The convocation, conducted over two days (April 17 and 18) in three sessions, brought together students, faculty, alumni, and families in a grand celebration of achievement. The ceremony was graced by eminent dignitaries including Dr. Mylswamy Annadurai, former Director of the ISRO Satellite Centre, who presented degrees to the graduating students. Other chief guests included Justice Hari Parnthaman, former Puisne Judge of the Madras High Court and an alumnus of the college, and Kumar Rajagopalan, Vice President – Strategic Initiatives & Head of Operations at Dexian and also an alumnus.
