Utkarsh Global Foundation has distributed around 10,000 cloth bags to students to motivate them to shun use of plastic bags. Chennai, 6 th July 2019: Utkarsh Global Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Mumbai, is collaborating with Tamil Nadu Government for the implementation of the historic and very much needed plastic ban in the state. As a part of the collaboration, Utkarsh Global Foundation will be conducting awareness programmes in schools, colleges and public places, along with free distribution of cloth bags.
