Tamil Nadu government designates Indian Overseas Bank for Coronavirus Donation
Contribution to be assigned to ‘Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund (CMPRF)’ Chennai, March 2 8 , 2020 - Indian Overseas Bank (IOB), one of the leading public sector banks in Southern India and also as the convener of State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) has been nominated by the Government of Tamil Nadu for collection of funds which will be used to support the community during the Coronavirus outbreak. The funds will be assigned to “Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund (CMPRF).” The contributions can be made by RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, Cheque and Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund”. One can also remit contributions directly by Electronic Clearing System (ECS) to the designated Savings Bank Account of CMPRF to Indian Overseas Bank.
