Chennai, 16th April, 2024: Maithree, a pioneering organization committed to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (PwIDDs), launched their first of its kind, ‘Assisted Employment Scheme’ in partnership with CaratLane, today.  The initiative aims to foster inclusivity and provide livelihood security for PwIDDs by offering guaranteed earnings and productivity-based incentives.
