The Federal Skill Academy (FSA) is a part of the Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation's CSR initiative, aiming to contribute significantly to India's skilling ecosystem.   Chennai: Tamil Nadu State Olympic Association President Isari Ganesh and General Secretary Aadhav Arjuna send off 446 athletes from Tamil Nadu participating in the National Games to be held in Goa and also launched the official uniforms and sports equipment for the parade of athletes participating in the 37th National Games at a function held at Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai.
