St+art India Foundation organized an Interactive session- “Can Art Change the World? The Role of Public Art in Indian Cities”
Alongside the setting up of "Kannagi Art District" in Kannagi Nagar, and a special project titled 'India Pop' here in Palladium Mall, the festival includes the inauguration of Chennai's very own 'Namma Chennai' typo sculpture on the Marina Beach stretch. With the aim of building on its vision to bring art outside of gallery spaces and into the cities we inhabit, St+art has arrived in Chennai for the first time.
