The indemnity-based policy introduces greater flexibility and broader coverage, addressing key gaps often found in traditional health insurance plans. The upgraded policy removes standard caps on room and ICU charges and introduces unlimited restoration of the sum insured within a policy year, ensuring policyholders remain financially protected even during multiple hospitalisations.
