MGM Cancer Institute, Chennai conducts Breast Cancer Awareness Walkathon
#WalkInPink in Chennai Chennai, 31 October 2022: MGM Cancer Institute celebrated Pink October with a ‘WALKATHON’ in Chennai on Sunday, October 30, 2022 . The walkathon was flagged off by the Deputy Commissioner of Police Thiru. VijayKumar from MGM Cancer Institute, Chennai. Thiru Mohan MLA and Ms. Revathi, Film Actress, Director and a Social Worker welcomed the walkers and spoke about the breast cancer awareness. The walkathon had 500 participating with complete enthusiasm. Dr. Urjitha Rajagopalan, Director, MGM Healthcare, Chennai along with her team of doctors led the Walkathon. The event featured Zumba classes handled by experts and had Breast Cancer Awareness talks by the Doctors. Students from D.G.
