Russia invites Indian Students to study with attractive scholarships Chennai, April 2019: The Russian Center of Science and Culture (RCSC), Chennai has announced that the Russian Federation having allocated 100 seats with 100% scholarships for Indian students in some of the popular fields such as Engineering, Medicine and Humanities.
