‘Get Thunai’ App Launched in Chennai to Digitally Secure Bills and Streamline Service Support
Chennai, February 19, 2026: Get Thunai — meaning “Get the Right Support” — a consumer-focused utility support application, was formally launched at The Leela Palace Chennai to address a common yet critical issue faced by consumers: the loss or misplacement of purchase bills and warranty documents.
Designed as a structured digital solution, the app enables users to securely upload and retrieve essential purchase information, including invoice details, serial numbers, purchase dates, warranty coverage, and supporting images — all within a centralized, easily accessible platform. Built on the principle of “One App. One Bill. One Trusted Service Partner,” Get Thunai aims to eliminate uncertainty during warranty claims and service requests.
Beyond bill storage, the platform integrates a service support mechanism that allows users to raise complaints directly through the app. Structured assistance follows, including call-back requests and connection to verified service partners. A key differentiator is its focus on assigning technicians with relevant brand expertise and skill sets, minimizing service errors and ensuring reliable support. The app also extends documentation and service connectivity to automobiles, positioning itself as a comprehensive utility management solution.
To maintain operational clarity, the ecosystem comprises two separate applications — a Customer App for managing products and service requests, and a Partner App for authorized technicians and service professionals, ensuring streamlined coordination.
Subscription plans are tailored to diverse user segments. Home users can access a free plan (up to 10 products) or opt for ₹99 per year (up to 50 products). Retail shops and service centres can subscribe at ₹199 per year, workshops at ₹499 per year, while corporate institutions can enroll under a ₹25,000 annual plan covering up to 5,000 assets. Technicians may join under a ₹1,199 monthly plan that includes customer leads and call-masking features.
The application has been developed by Peruvallatthan Thirumavalavan Global Solutions Private Limited, a Chennai-based company focused on structured, people-centric digital solutions. The app was unveiled by Managing Director Mr. Laxman Mannaji Rao and Director Mrs. Sudha Laxman, who emphasized the platform’s goal of ensuring rightful customer support while generating employment opportunities for technicians and IT professionals.
With plans to onboard one lakh users and 5,000 verified service experts within its first year, Get Thunai aims to build a scalable, consumer-centric service ecosystem rooted in organized documentation and timely support.
