Chennai, 20th February 2026: The Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin, inaugurated the 18th edition of CREDAI FAIRPRO 2026, the city’s premier property exhibition, organised by CREDAI Chennai, at the Chennai Trade Centre – New Building. The inaugural ceremony was attended by senior officials from the Government of Tamil Nadu and members of CREDAI Chennai. The three-day expo commenced today and will conclude on February 22, 2026.

This year’s FAIRPRO is larger and more comprehensive, offering homebuyers a one-stop platform to explore residential, commercial, and plotted developments across Chennai and its emerging corridors. Popular actor Keerthy Suresh is the Brand Ambassador for FAIRPRO 2026, enhancing the event’s visibility and outreach.

FAIRPRO 2026 brings together over 80 leading developers from CREDAI Chennai, showcasing more than 500 projects. The exhibition features an expansive portfolio of 52,586 units across apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces, covering 57.2 million sq. ft, with prices ranging from ₹15 lakh to ₹15 crore. The organisers expect more than 50,000 visitors during the three-day event. Additionally, 15 industry partners are participating, strengthening the overall ecosystem.

Title Sponsor and Exclusive Banking Partner State Bank of India is offering special home loan interest rates exclusively during FAIRPRO 2026. Apollo Hospitals is the Medical Partner, providing health and emergency support services at the venue.

Mr. Mohamed Ali, President, CREDAI Chennai, said, “With over 80 developers and 500+ projects, showcasing more than 52,000 units, we expect strong buyer response and business of around ₹500 crore over the three days.”

Chennai, February 09, 2026: Building on the global momentum around World Cancer Day, Apollo Cancer Centre, Chennai and Apollo Proton Cancer Centre have launched the ‘ZERO TO HERO’ campaign to raise awareness about Stage Zero cancer detection and its critical role in improving survival and recovery outcomes. Cancer incidence in India continues to rise sharply, with over 15 lakh new cases reported in 2024, as per ICMR–NCRP data presented in Parliament. With one in nine Indians now facing a lifetime risk of cancer, the disease has emerged as a major public health challenge.
