A major highlight of the evening will be a significant expansion of a widow welfare programme spearheaded by Dr. Paul, International President, Global Peace Festival. In its new phase, the initiative will extend support to an additional 15,000 widows, building upon the 10,000 beneficiaries already covered, thereby reaching a total of 25,000 women. The programme is designed to provide sustained financial assistance and social support, empowering vulnerable women across multiple regions to lead more secure and dignified lives.

Further strengthening its social impact, the festival will also witness the announcement of an ambitious large-scale employment drive aimed at creating meaningful career opportunities for youth. The initiative plans to collaborate with several multinational companies to organize coordinated recruitment efforts. Inspired by Dr. Paul’s earlier employment initiative in Hyderabad — which successfully mobilized nearly 700 companies to generate job opportunities — the new programme seeks to replicate and scale that success, opening strong career pathways and promoting sustainable livelihoods for young people.

By combining messages of peace with concrete welfare and employment initiatives, the Global Peace Festival 2026 aspires to be more than a celebration — it aims to be a catalyst for lasting social transformation.
