Chennai, India – 8th October: CaratLane, India’s leading omnichannel jewellery brand, marked its 17th anniversary with the grand launch of a new store on Usman Road, one of Chennai’s most iconic jewellery destinations. The occasion was made even more special with the presence of popular Tamil actress and long-time brand associate, Kayadu Lohar, who officially inaugurated the store.

Spanning 1,400 sq. ft., the new store reinforces CaratLane’s growing footprint in Tamil Nadu—a region that has played a pivotal role in the brand’s growth journey. Chennai, in particular, has emerged as a stronghold for CaratLane, contributing to a 33% surge in revenue (year-to-date till August FY26) compared to the same period in FY25. This growth has outpaced the state’s overall 30% revenue increase, underscoring Chennai’s importance as a core market.
