A Taste of the Menu: India’s Nine Gems -Navaratna’s new menu highlights a selection of signature dishes from Nine Indian States, each crafted with authentic ingredients and techniques to honor the culinary traditions of India.

Royal Desserts: To complete the dining experience, Navaratna’s dessert selection includes Arcot Makan Peda, Rasamalai, Coconut Mysore Pak, Elaneer payasam, Athipazha Halwa

Navaratna’s interiors have been transformed to evoke the grandeur of India’s royal courts, with décor inspired by palace artistry, intricate woodwork, and hand-selected artifacts from across India. To further elevate the experience, guests can enjoy live classical Indian music performed by talented musicians during dinner, from Wednesday to Saturday.
