World Hunger Day: Actor Santhosh Prathap Inaugurates Food42 (For Two) Let's feed the Hungry Together campaign
A Goodness Foundation initiative - Food42 (For Two) Lets feed the hungry together campaign served 500 hungry kids as part of their initiative and was Inaugurated and served by Actor Santhosh Prathap on World Hunger Day at Nurses Association, Vepery, Chennai.

Hunger deaths can be gruesome. About 45% of the children die due to hunger and the related causes i.e close to 3 million child deaths. Mr. Paul Raja the founder of Goodness Foundation initiated the #Food42 event in the year 2018 focusing to have a no hunger day by providing food for two underprivileged people in the locality.
This year the main event was held in the Nurses Association, Vepery. Santhosh Prathap of Kondral Paavam, Maruthi Nagar Police Station and Sarpatta Fame was the chief guest. He makes it a point to be a part of #Food42 every year. He felicitated Beulah Moses one of the active participant of #Food42 in her locality. He also inaugurated the zero cost food stall ideated and executed by Mrs Vasanthy, Director of Goodness Foundation.
Santhosh appreciated the efforts of the Goodness team and their supporters for their unfettered efforts to create a hunger free nation.Santo of the ConeIce channel was also part of the event. The chief guest Santhosh served food for the gathered children. The other special invitees also took turns to talk and serve food for the children. About 500+ children had a delicious lunch.The children of the Goodness Foundation enunciated the importance of abolishing hunger through mime, skit, dance and speech.
The Goodness Foundation volunteers also distributed packed meals to the homeless people in and around the areas of Egmore and Vepery. Mr. Paul informed that a hunger free country is possible by 2028 if we focus to share our food with the underprivileged people in the society.
