"Aby's Taste Tour" Book Launch by Aby Senthil: Exploring Healthy and Traditional Vegetarian Cuisine

Aby's Taste Tour, a book recently published by Sivakami Puthahalayam,  travels through the healthylicious recipes venturing different tastes and methods of vegetarian cooking with interesting topics like shallow fried short bites, poha palate, milletisation, dosa from rainbow and bake you happy. 
Each section has five tempting recipes written with interesting facts and pro tips. The author Aby Senthil, believes that the health of the family starts from the kitchen. You can't fix your health until you fix your diet. So she curated simple, not time-consuming recipes with the traditional touch. The quotes at the end of every recipe are enjoyable. This book gives a new look to the cook.

It was followed by a keynote address, a congratulatory address by the publisher, and book review. Vegetarianism is the trend now so the right book at the right time. To ensure good food choices load up on veggies, fruits, grains, and legumes and consume less processed food.
