Ideas2IT Crowned their Most Trusted Employees As “Co-Founders Of The Company”

India: Chennai, January 2, 2024: Ideas2IT, a high-end product engineering firm headquartered in Chennai, today felicitated its employees by rewarding ”50 Cars for 50 Employees” as part of their wealth sharing initiative which was initiated last year. This was followed by a pleasant surprise announcement to the most trusted employees by launching a mind-blowing initiative “Employee Ownership Program”. This is a strategic move aimed at providing genuine ownership to ensure a pleasurable and continuous journey. Through this program, employees will receive a remarkable 33% stake in the company, of which 5% will be given to selected 40 employees who have been with the company since inception and the rest will be distributed to all the employees.
The founders of the company, Shri. Murali Vivekanandan & Ms. Bhavani Raman, gifted 50 cars to 50 employees and 1/3rd of the company’s ownership to the most reliable employees in the esteemed presence of Ms. Gayathri Vivekanandan, CEO, Ideas2IT, Mr. Arun Ganesan, Director, Ideas2IT and senior members from Ideas2IT at the Mega Wealth Sharing Event held in Chennai.
