MRT1's "Chennai Runs" Marathon 2023: A Resounding Success Empowering Children's Futures
Chennai, November 26, 2023 — MRT1's "Chennai Runs" marathon was a powerful initiative conducted with an intent to make a difference - to raise funds for the Sri Arunodayam Charitable Trust, contributing to the well-being and future of underprivileged children with disabilities. The diverse categories, including 3K, 5K, 10K, and a Half Marathon (HM), catered to participants of various fitness levels. The event surpassed all expectations with an overwhelming participation, exceeding the initial target and creating a highly spirited atmosphere. The race was officially flagged off by esteemed actor and philanthropist Mr. Raghava Lawrence, bringing with him his star power and charisma to the event.
