Economic outlook: There has been a strong rebound in domestic production with annual growth rates – as per the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) - becoming positive in FY2021-’22 after showing a negative growth in FY2020-’21 due to the pandemic. This has resulted in positive outlook in sectors like Capital Goods, Electronics and the Automotive industry where domestic output and exports are expected to increase rapidly in the coming few years.
