Isha Suresh Krishn takes over as President CREDAI TN

Chennai, April 23, 2021: The Investiture Ceremony of  Mr. Suresh Krishn as the 6^thPresident of CREDAI Tamil Nadu and his team office bearers was held on virtual platform today. Mr.Harsh Vardhan Patodia, President, Credai National was the Chief Guest, Mr. Boman R. Irani President Elect and Mr. G. Ram Reddy, Vice President of Credai National were Guests of Honour.

CREDAI TAMIL NADU (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India)  an integral  part of CREDAI NATIONAL a very strong  apex body which has over 13,000  members through 21 State chapters and 217 city chapters. Credai Tamil Nadu is a chapter representing the State of Tamil Nadu an association representing the five significant city chapters of the State viz. CHENNAI, COIMBATORE, MADURAI, TRICHY AND ERODE with total membership strength of over 294 active associates, augmenting the common interest of the developers’ fraternity. 

Suresh Krishn echoed  the sentiment expressed by Mr Deepak Parekh, Chairman HDFC who spoke at One World One Realty Proptech Summit 2021 and said “demand for housing is here to stay. He added that Construction and real estate development will play a significant role in the future of Indian Economy.

Suresh further added  “The focus of the Association is to  be a conduit between the  Developers’ fraternity and  the Government to promote Housing and Real Estate Development network under one umbrella and establish smooth flow of business.”
