Chennai’s largest Property Expo ‘FAIRPRO 2020’ graced by Thiru. O Paneerselvam, Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu
- Open from 21st to 23rd February 2020 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam;
- Active participation was received from over 400+ contributors and 75 developers for three days
Chennai, 21st February 2020: ‘FAIRPRO 2020’, the annual flagship property of CREDAI Chennai and
the biggest property expo of Chennai was graced by Honorable Deputy Chief
Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru O Panneerselvam. Thiru Rajesh Lakhoni, I.A.S,
Secretary- Housing and Urban Development Department, Thiru D Karthikeyan, IAS,
Member Secretary of CMDA and Thiru Chandra Sekhar Sakhamuri, I.A.S,
Commissioner, DTCP were also part of the inauguration event. The property expo was will be for three days
with 70 developers displaying nearly 400+ residential projects with prices that
range from 21 lakhs to 11 Crores and above.
CREDAI Chennai announced that all projects are
approved and registered under TAMILNADU
REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY (TNRERA), which will ensure hassle-free
transactions for the homebuyers. Moreover, each project submitted for FAIRPRO
2020 caters to buyers from different segments with lucrative pricing and
offerings across different house segments.
Commenting on
the occasion, Mr. S. Sridharan, Chairman – CREDAI Tamil Nadu said, “We
are incredibly proud and honored to have had Hon. Deputy Chief Minister of
Tamil Nadu, Shri O Panneerselvam to grace the inauguration of this 13th
edition of FAIRPRO. Through this expo, several builders will start opting for
the affordable housing segment and this, in turn will create demand for
affordable housing in the industry. Moreover, the amendments made to the Tamil
Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules recently are also expected to
boost affordable housing in the city.”

The expo also sought active participation of
