Chennai, January 14, 2020: H.E. RAMON S. BAGATSING Jr., Ambassador of Philippines to India today addressed members of the Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) and interacted with them.

He answered questions about the economic scene in Philippines and invited by Indian companies to set up industries in Philippines.

His condition rapidly worsened, leading to a dramatic drop in heart function, unresponsive blood pressure, kidney failure requiring dialysis, and liver congestion. A heart transplant became the only viable option. With his father working as a driver and unable to afford the high cost, financial support was arranged through MMM’s Social Works Department and a major Trust. Just as doctors considered temporary cardiac support, a donor heart from a young adult became available through TRANSTAN, far sooner than expected. Chennai, October 10, 2025: The 35th National Conference of the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology (IASGCON 2025) was inaugurated today at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai. The three-day conclave (October 10–12) gathers over 1250 delegates from across India and 40+ international faculty members to explore innovations in GI oncology, artificial intelligence, and minimally invasive surgery.
