Bala Vidya Mandir Students Organising Young Entrepreneur Business Conclave on Nov 29, 2019
- XI Standard batch of 2019-20 Students are designing and executing an exclusive Knowledge Disseminating Seminar - “Bala Vidya Mandir Young Entrepreneurs Conclave” on 29th November 2019 from 9.A.M-1.P.M.
Chennai, Nov 26, 2019: Bala
Vidya Mandir is consistently focusing on a holistic curriculum with active
learning approach. The students’ talent pool are segregated into various teams
to play their leadership roles in planning and executing an event. They are coached by Mrs. Padmaja S. N -
Victory Insights, the school’s Young Entrepreneur project consultant with a
dynamic instructional design last four years on Skill Development, Experiential
Learning modules with full support of the Management, and Principal Dr. Srinivasa Raghavan’s able leadership.

It started 4
academic years ago with some aesthetic and folk products like Madhubani Art;
Warli Art; Calligraphy and other interactive sessions like Learn and Earn
series; Meet the Expert; Stress Management; Psychology of Customers; Vision,
Mission, Goal; that will be useful for the students in their daily lives,
conducted by experts of the field.
Students
were also given exciting and interesting activities like Market Research and
experiential sessions on branding and marketing a product and how to sell them
to different customers through the annual Young Entrepreneur Bazaar where
students formed groups and sold their products in stalls to the different
customers that visited the school for the Bazaar.
Later they
got into full-fledged business concepts and critical thinking, money
management, crisis management. Some of the professionals who came to inspire
and impart knowledge in the students were Mahalakshmi Saravanan,Sooraj
Viswanathan, Karthik Ramamoorthy, Dhamodharan, Sangeetha Sumesh, Kavitha,
Karthik Nagarajan, Anthony, Durai Kandasamy, Jayanthi, Abirami Jawahar, Ranga
Rao, and Ravi Padmanaban,Major Narayanan,Rama Prasad,Devi Meena,Vasu
Anantharishnan,Arjoon Manohar,Sangeetha chordia,Monica chordia,Sandhya,and
several others. We function as a Team with values.

Programme for Young Entrepreneurs Conclave:
The Chief Guest for Young Entrepreneurs Conclave is Gowtham Bharathwaj (a young playback singer and a Chartered Accountant) and our Guest of Honour is Chetan Korada (The Racing WORLD CHAMPION).

- Hafiz Khan -Founder E Zone, Climate healer on Create Your Own Forest.
- Aswin Manikandan - an Engineering student from Sastra University, Sculpture Artist, Young Entrepreneur and an International Award Winner.
- Mathangi Kumar - Chef Restauranteur, a Young Entrepreneur running themed restaurants.
- Vandhana Ramanathan - from WSquare, on Artificial Intelligence, its Trends in Entrepreneurship.
- A concluding event with a Family-Businessman and Lawyer, Sooraj Vishwanathan.
