Chennai, 9th- 30th September: The Square, Novotel Chennai OMR presents 21 Starters Salute. 21 starters are crowned dishes from Western, Asian.. Northern & Southern parts of India along with all time favourite Biriyani and desserts.  

Vegetarian includes Falafel with Tahini Sauce, Mushroom Ricotta Parcel, Vegetable Roesti, Grilled Vegetable Sandwich - Mustard, Greek Spanakopita, Green Peas Kibbeh, Vegetable Wanton, Thai Veg Spring Roll, Szechuan Cauliflower, Baby Corn Salt & Pepper, Spicy Bell Pepper and Mushroom (in black pepper), Butter Chilli Vegetable, Crispy Fried Okra, Honey  Chili Potato, Vegetable Tempura, Steamed Veg Dumpling, Bullet Vegetable Dumpling, Chilly Soy Egg Plant.

Non Vegetarian includes Cajun Fish Finger, Peri Peri Grilled Fish, Chicken Quesadilla, Mini Chicken Burger, Chicken Burritos, Moroccan Lamb Patties, Spicy Lamb Balls, Spanish Omelette, Batter Fried Fish, Hunan Fish, Deviled Chicken, Chilli Chicken, Bbq Chicken Wings, Thai Coconut Fish, Fish Satay, Crispy Calamari, Cilantro Egg, Korean Omelette.
