Heartfulness Institute celebrates International Yoga Day, Power of yoga & Success in life

Chennai, June 21st, 2019: In order to bring out the benefits of  yoga and meditation  to people of all walks of life, Heartfulness Institute has embarked on an awareness drive on the benefits of yoga and meditation.  As part of the endeavour, around 8 Railway stations in and around Chennai had demonstrated yoga to the public. 

The 8 railway stations in Chennai Namely Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Railway Station, Egmore, Beach station, St. Thomas station, Tambaram, Moore market complex, Paranur railway station had volunteers and yoga experts from Heartfulness Institute demonstrated meditation and the goodness of Yoga to all the commuters throughout the day.

Heartfulness Institute along with Thiruvallur District Collector Office and Ayush Ministry conducted yoga in all Higher secondary schools in Thiruvallur districts covering 500 villages for international yoga day. The theme for this yoga day will be "yoga for heart”. Heartfulness offers best training to all  people, mediate from heart which lead  to a peaceful life.

In addition to the Yoga sessions at Railways stations, Heartfulness Institute also conducted a session on Yoga and meditations By Shri.Thanjai G.Sither (Yoga & Health Exponent), Thirukuralil Yoga special Talk By Shri.Krishnachand Chordia Jain (Rajasthani Tamil Scholar) and  Heartfulness center's Pranahuti- Experiential session on the 21st of June. The programs included Ashtanga Yoga and some interesting brain training exercises for the participants.
