Tanjore Young Man Set A New Lincoln Book of Records for Writing More Than 250 Haiku (Hi-Q) Poems In A Record Time


  • Sets a new World record by writing more than 250 haiku poems in 1.34 hours
Chennai 05th Oct, 2021: K.Vijay, a young man from Tanjore who studied through the Actor Surya Foundation, has been inducted  into the World Record Book named Lincoln Book of Records.

Mr.  K.  Vijay is the son of Mr.Kannan & Mrs. K. Vijayalakshmi of Ilamkavi South Natham village, Thanjavur district.  Thanjai Vijay is an undergraduate mathematics student.  He is a young poet from a poor family who studied at the Agaram charity run by actor Surya.  He became interested in poetry at an early age and became a haiku poet.

He set a new World record by writing more than 250 haiku poems in 1.34 hours at the Lincoln Book of Records office in Chrompet, Chennai. The event, which began at 11:11 a.m. today, continued til 01:14 .  Joseph Ilantenral, President of the Lincoln Book of Records, recognized and certified their World Record at the event.

CEO Karthik Kumar greeted them.  CEO Selvam Uma presided over the function while Stephen Srinivasan, Solomon Dinesh, Senior Executive Officers of the company delivered the keynote address. Chennai High Court Advocate Padma Priya delivered the keynote address.

The event was well coordinated by Hariharan, Ilakia, Dravidian Sanjay and Aishwarya, Executives.
