CIEL HR⁠ Launches ‘CIEL 3.0: Vision 2030’; Strategic Roadmap to scale to ₹6,000 crore revenue by 2030

Chennai, May 14, 2026: CIEL HR⁠, one of India’s leading integrated HR and workforce solutions companies, announced a strong financial performance for FY26, reporting a 32 per cent year-on-year growth in revenue to ₹1,984.6 crore while unveiling “CIEL 3.0: Vision 2030”, its strategic roadmap to build an integrated AI-led workforce infrastructure platform for the future of work.

The company said it achieved the ₹1,000 crore revenue milestone within just nine years of inception through its technology-led approach and nearly doubled its revenue within the next two years. With the launch of Vision 2030, CIEL HR has now set a target of reaching ₹6,000 crore in revenue by 2030.

The company’s gross profit for FY26 rose 43 per cent to ₹208.4 crore compared to ₹145.3 crore in FY25, while EBITDA increased 34 per cent to ₹46.5 crore. Profit after tax before exceptional items stood at ₹16.9 crore for the financial year.

Speaking on the milestone, K Pandiarajan, Executive Chairperson, CIEL HR Group said the journey from Ma Foi to CIEL HR reflected the transformation of India’s workforce landscape. He stated that the company’s growth validated its long-standing belief that technology and AI would accelerate the way organisations hire, manage and develop talent.

He added that the company’s next phase would focus on building intelligent, integrated and future-ready people solutions for a rapidly transforming world of work.

CIEL HR said its PeopleOS framework would drive the company’s next phase of transformation by integrating the entire employee lifecycle into one connected ecosystem. The company added that organisations are increasingly moving away from fragmented HR models towards integrated workforce ecosystems powered by AI and talent intelligence.

As part of this strategy, CIEL Group entity Jombay.AI⁠ has developed agentic AI tools for HR functions that integrate with existing HR systems to create a unified talent intelligence layer.

Another group company, Thomas Assessments India⁠, is preparing to launch “Thomas Assess”, an AI-enabled talent assessment platform that combines psychometric tools covering behaviour, learning agility, emotional intelligence and leadership potential.

Commenting on the evolving HR industry, Aditya Narayan Mishra, MD & CEO, CIEL HR Group said enterprises are increasingly seeking partners capable of combining talent, technology and intelligence into unified and scalable workforce solutions.
