Chennai, 16th February 2026: Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Chennai has announced the 18th Edition of FAIRPRO 2026, South India’s largest and most trusted property fair, to be held on February 20, 21 and 22, 2026 at the Chennai Trade Centre – New Building, Nandambakkam.

This year’s FAIRPRO promises to be bigger and more comprehensive, offering homebuyers and investors a one-stop platform to explore residential, commercial, and plotted developments across Chennai and its fast-growing corridors. Popular actor Keerthy Suresh joins CREDAI Chennai as the Brand Ambassador for FAIRPRO 2026, enhancing the event’s visibility and outreach.

FAIRPRO 2026 will feature over 80 leading CREDAI Chennai developers, showcasing more than 500 projects under one roof. The three-day exhibition is expected to draw a footfall of over 50,000 visitors. Additionally, 15 industry partners will participate, strengthening the overall ecosystem of the event.

State Bank of India (SBI) comes on board as the Title Sponsor and Exclusive Banking Partner, offering attractive home loan solutions and on-the-spot assistance for prospective buyers. Apollo Hospitals joins as the Medical Partner, ensuring comprehensive health and emergency support services during the fair.

Speaking about the event, Mr. Mohamed Ali, President, CREDAI Chennai, said that with 80+ developers and 500 projects on display, FAIRPRO continues to uphold its position as Chennai’s most trusted property fair. Over the years, it has evolved beyond a conventional exhibition into a benchmark for credibility, transparency, and opportunity in property ownership.

Students’ Musical Extravaganza Celebrates Harmony and Heritage at Bala Vidya Mandir, Adyar

Founded in 1954, the institution proudly marks 75 years of excellence in education. Vijishkumar Garg, Patron of the Bala Brindavan School Group and Former Indian Army officer Now in its third consecutive year, the event showcased themes of religious harmony while highlighting India’s rich traditional music and dance heritage. More than 200 students participated, presenting performances using instruments such as guitar, flute, violin, mridangam, and vocal music, along with classical and folk dance forms including Bharatanatyam, folk dances, and Kavadi Attam.
