The Sriperumbudur facility positions the company to capitalise on rising aircraft production rates and expanding civil and defence programmes worldwide. The expansion is expected to generate additional revenues of ₹300 crore over the next three years, enabling TASE Global to target a USD 100 million revenue share in the aerostructures segment during this period.

A key pillar of this expansion is TASE Global’s collaboration with DMG MORI, which has equipped the facility with 30 advanced high-precision machines known for combining German engineering excellence with Japanese technological innovation. DMG MORI, a Tokyo Stock Exchange–listed global leader, serves sectors including aerospace, medical, automotive, energy, semiconductor, and precision engineering, with over 13,500 employees, 17 production plants, and more than 300,000 machines installed across 44 countries.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Sankararaman Vaidyanathan, Chairman, TASE Global, said, “We are delighted to collaborate with DMG MORI, the world leaders in precision machines, as we strengthen our presence in the international aerospace sector. Their technology integration, end-to-end automation, and digitalisation solutions have enabled us to enhance productivity while improving resource efficiency. We are confident that these machines will play a critical role in driving our growth in aerostructures.”

The Phase 1 Aerostructures Unit, spread across 40,000 square feet, is designed to meet the stringent quality and reliability standards of the aerospace industry. Equipped with advanced DMG MORI systems, the facility delivers high accuracy, repeatability, and robust process reliability. It is capable of machining large components up to 6 metres in length, including critical structural elements such as frames, spars, ribs, longerons, door assemblies, and floor beams.

The facility will also generate 200 new skilled employment opportunities, reinforcing TASE Global’s commitment to advanced manufacturing and talent development in India. Highlighting the strategic importance of the expansion, Mr. Vaidyanathan added, “This market-driven initiative addresses growing demand from both civil and defence sectors while supporting existing orders. It strengthens our position as an end-to-end strategic partner for major Tier-1 OEMs across the Americas, Europe, Japan, and the APAC region.”

TASE Global has outlined two further phases as part of its broader growth roadmap. The first is a 30,000 sq ft Surface Treatment Facility, incorporating a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system to ensure environmental compliance. This facility, with an investment of ₹40 crore, is scheduled to be operational by April 2026.

The second phase involves the establishment of a 40,000 sq ft Semiconductor Division, featuring a world-class cleanroom and specialised equipment. With an investment of ₹60 crore, the semiconductor facility is targeted to commence full operations by December 2026, leveraging TASE Global’s precision manufacturing expertise to tap into the rapidly expanding global semiconductor ecosystem.

With this multi-phase expansion, TASE Global reinforces its long-term vision of becoming a globally competitive, diversified precision manufacturing leader across aerospace, defence, medical, and semiconductor industries.
