Chennai based Trusted Aerospace Engineering Expands Global Footprint with Acquisition of Joined Alloys, USA
Chennai, October 14, 2025 | Trusted Aerospace Engineering (TASE Global), a Chennai-based diversified manufacturing and technology group, has successfully acquired Joined Alloys, a leading aerospace manufacturing firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. The acquisition, valued at Rs. 106 crores, significantly strengthens TASE’s presence in North America and expands its capabilities in precision aerospace manufacturing and metal assemblies.
TASE Global operates across the U.S., India, Portugal, and France, serving aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors. With this acquisition, TASE adds two manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and gains specialized expertise in brazing, heat treatment, vacuum brazing, and sheet metal fabrication. Joined Alloys has a strong legacy of serving regulated industries, including the U.S. Department of Defense.
The acquisition marks a strategic milestone for TASE, enhancing its role as a global manufacturing and assembly partner. Plans are underway to replicate Joined Alloys' advanced capabilities in India.
Mr. Sankararaman Vaidyanathan, Chairman of TASE Global, said, “This acquisition is a key step in our forward integration strategy, aligning with our goal to be an end-to-end strategic partner for Tier 1 clients in aerospace and medical sectors. We expect combined revenues to grow from $32 million currently to $45 million next year and $100 million in three years.”
Mr. Joseph Yockey, co-founder of Joined Alloys and a 40-year aerospace veteran, has been appointed CEO of TASE Global Americas. He remarked, “Joining TASE gives us access to global technologies and markets, enabling us to deliver even more value to our clients.”
In India, TASE is investing Rs. 150 crores in expanding its Sriperumbudur facility, with plans for large component machining and a world-class surface treatment unit with zero liquid discharge, underlining its commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
