Innocent Man Seeks legal and Police Action Against Habitual Offender Lisciya for False Harassment
Chennai, August 9th, 2024: Samuel, B.B.A, (Age:25), S/o Late Mr. Anandhan, S2, No:24, Joel Garden, Ganesh Nagar, Selaiyur, Chennai - 600073 today met reporters at Chennai Press Club to inform that he is being harassed by a habitual offender Ms.Lisciya. He has also said he has written a letter to The Commissioner of Police, Office of the Commissionerate of Tambaram, Sholinganallur, Chennai-600119 to take legal and police action against Lisciya. He was accompanied by Officials from Social Justice For International Anti Crime Association

-----------------------------------------------------Meanwhile, through one of my friends I came to know that, Lisciya had been in living together relationship with one Mr. S. Balakumar, S/O Mr. Sakthivel from Trichy right in her home in Chennai Royapettah itself with the consent of her mother who was staying together with them. Later she had filed a complaint against Mr. Bala Kumar at Royapettah All Women Police Station on 27/07/2023 accusing with the charges of cheating her by not marrying her being together in love affair for 18 months(One and half years) [W23 AWPS CSR NO:172/2023 dated 27.07.2023], then after blackmailing and extracting Rs 5,000,00/- (Five Lakhs) from him she withdraw the complaint petition stating they would separate amicably and no actions were being required. So the complaint was closed on 02/08/2023.
She started forcing me to marry her and take her out of her family situations as her mother is not good who asked her to trap Mr. Bala kumar and extract money. Last March 2024, I told her that I had no such intention to marry her. She also said that she
respects my decision and to be a good friend of mine. Although She claimed to be my good friend, she kept forcing me to love her through phone calls and WhatsApp messages. She harassed me and slandered me to my co-workers in our company to put me in sufferings.
After that one day while working in company Lisciya brought one of a co-worker named Prabhakaran to me and quarreled with me. Prabhakaran pushed me into the toilet and grabbed my shirt and assaulted me in aggression. After I reported this to my office superiors, they warned Lisciya and Prabhakaran but did not take any action against them for the crime of assault made on me.
She snatched my mobile from my hand while using it in office and took notice of my mother's phone number and started kept calling my ailing mother and my younger brother who is in college and threatened them that she would commit suicide and cast the abetment of her suicide on all of us.
She threatened to me to pay her Rs 7.5 lakhs to stop harassing us further or else she would give the photos which had been taken together by both of us to one of his friends who works at Polimer News Tv and with his help she will broadcast fake news and humiliate me and my family members.
Then in the first week of April, a person named Denzel was brought to our house by her. They trespassed into the house claiming to be her brother, threatened our family and assaulted my younger brother Simon and left our home.
Two days later, Lisciya brought the same person named Denzel and a woman named Yogeswari and the three of them stood in front of our house and started quarelling with us. Immediately we contacted the Police Helpline and sought for help. (Police Helpline Complaint No:CFS21252957) Immediately Constable Mr. Satish from Selaiyur Police Station came to our emergency help. He asked them to come to the police station. But they left there immediately and did not turn out to police station for the enquiry.
On 03/06/2024 Lisciya brought Yogeswari and her mother to our house and trespassed and quarreled with us and her mother threatened that I should marry Lisciya or else she would ask her to commit suicide. Immediately we contacted the Police Helpline (Claim/Complaint No:CFS21817998) but before the policemen came to help, they left our house.
Thereafter I was being contacted by All Women Police Station Chitlapakkam and informed that a complaint petition was lodged by Lisciya at Chitlapakkam All Women Police Station on 08/06/2024 accusing with the charges of cheating her by not marrying her being together in love affair for 2 Years(Two years) [W5 AWPS CSR NO:192/2024 dated 08.06.2024], In the enquiry conducted by the Inspector of Chitlapakkam, I clearly stated that I had never been with Lisciya in any private space within four walls or in a situation or circumstance of privacy and I also ascertained that I had never had any physical or sexual contact or relationship with her. The charges of accusations she pressed against me were fabricated and an attempt to extort money from me and the accusations were not genuine; I assured that I will attend the police station in person and give my full cooperation whenever called for investigation related to the complaint.
Also I requested to take appropriate legal action against Lisciya and her mother for the crime of threatening and harassing me, my brother and mother and for assaulting me and my brother along with anti-social persons to restore peace in our family.
During this time the Inspector was replaced in the Chitlapakkam AWPS and I was summoned to reappear for the enquiry on 24/07/2024. I made my presence on the mentioned date and a statement from me was recorded by police officers of Chitlapakkam AWPS.
Again a summon from Chitlapakkam AWPS was served to appear along with my mother and brother for the enquiry in Chitlapakkam AWPS and was asked to appear in front of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Selaiyur police station. I was suffering from a fractured hand and injuries caused out of a two wheeler vehicle accident I met when appeared in front of Assistant Commissioner Mr. Christian Jayasil. I was abused of filthy words and man handled by assault on me by him once before I put the actual facts of her past criminal attempts of victimizing me, during the enquiry conducted. The enquiry conducted was unfair and biased to the complainant not heard anything from my end.
I hereby humbly request you to address the unfair investigation procedures conducted on me for the false accusation charges implicated on me by a habitual offender Lisciya and kindly direct the investigation officers to take my counter complaint with all evidential material proof and to follow the code of conduct in investigation procedures and to conduct a fair, unbiased and neutral investigation enquiry. I really thank you for being heard my grievance.
