M20 Urban Spaces leader shares valuable insights at Cityscape Global event

Chennai, September 14th,2023:  Mr. Rifath Shaikh, VP – Sales, Marketing and CRM at M20 Urban Spaces was a panellist at Cityscape Global event which was held in Saudi Arabia from September 10 to 13th. Themed ‘The Future of Living’, the event provided insights into some of the largest and most prestigious development projects, smart cities, digitalisation, architecture and design, Proptech, women in real estate, among others.

Elaborating on the prestigious participation, Mr Shaikh, VP Sales, Marketing and CRM, Chennai based M20 Urban Spaces said, “It was a great opportunity for us to be part of the premier international property investment and development event and honoured to be the only developer representing India. Sharing the platform with visionaries from around the world was exciting and professionally fulfilling. It was great exchanging notes with decision-makers.

Mr Shaikh enlightened the audience about how technology is creating unforgettable customer experiences in a future world of converging spaces which brings together living, working (WFH), shopping (e-commerce), healing (remote medical diagnosis), learning (EdTech), etc into single inspired living spaces. This also will drive demand in society for clubs and social spaces calling them ‘Third Space’ with Home being ‘first space’ & work being ‘second space’ as coined by American Sociologist Ray Oldenberg
