Young Girl "K.Darshini" Receives Young Achiever Award from National Humanity Global Peace Federation


Chennai, December 5, 2021: 
Prof: Amb.Dr.S.Easter Rajan, Ph.D, Founder/Chairman, National Humanity Global Peace Foundation today conferred Young Achiever Award on young girl K.Darshini during its 3rd Anniversary Celebrations. Darshini was selected for the award based on her outstanding achievements in Skating and Silambattam.

About K.Darshini - the Awardee:

Besides proven achievements in skating, K.Darshini is also Silambattam player. She holds National and Asian Record in Skating since 2016 when she finished quarter marathon distance of 10.5km skating in just 41.03 minutes.

She is regular visitor to the 'Govt School for the Blind' at Uliyampalayam, Thondamuthur. She shares her knowledge with school students every Friday. She narrates stories to them and encourages them for reading stories and singing.

She has pledged to donate her eyes to Sankara Eye Hospital. She is working towards raising awareness Eye Donation.
