Volvo Car India opens new dealership in Chennai

Chennai, February 24, 2021: Swedish luxury car maker Volvo Car India opened a new dealership in Chennai under the ownership of Prakar Automotive (Volvo Tamilnadu). The new dealership reflects the importance of Chennai as a market for luxury mobility and significance the city holds for the affluent and aspirational customers of South India.  It was inaugurated by Mr. Charles Frump – Managing Director, Volvo Car India.

The Showroom at Anna Salai Road and Workshop at TVK Industrial Estate incorporate state-of-the-art facilities and are designed as Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) concept. The showroom & workshop facility spreads over 7000 sq. ft and 10,000 sq. ft respectively are an imposing architecture that gives a ‘cool on the outside’ and ‘warm on the inside’ feel to the customers.

Volvo Tamilnadu workshop provides Volvo Personal Service (VPS) to its customers. VPS is a new way of working to ensure that all of our customers’ needs are met to their satisfaction and a way to increase workshop capacity, productivity, quality and efficiency.
