Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer launched its flagship car models Audi A8 L and Audi Q8
- Music Director G.V.Prakash Kumar was the Chief Guest and launched the models
- Audi A8 L priced at INR 1.56 Crore onwards and Audi Q8 priced at INR 1.33 Crore onwards.
Chennai, March 04, 2020: Audi, the German
luxury car manufacturer, today showcased its flagship sedan- the Audi A8 L and
the new face of its Q family -the Audi Q8 in Chennai. The Audi A8 L in its
fourth generation, demonstrates a strikingly stylish design -prices start at
INR 1.56 Crore onwards. The Audi Q8 is big on customization and is priced at
INR 1.33 Crore onwards.
Commenting on the showcase, Mr.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, "We are extremely happy to
showcase two very important products in Chennai. The new A8 L marks the dawn of
a new design era for brand Audi. The car is sophisticated, technology and

Model A8L – Side view
The Audi A8 L boasts a 3.0L petrol
engine, generates 340hp and 500 Nm of torque propelling the car from 0-100 in
5.7 seconds. In its fourth generation, the new Audi A8 L provides the benchmark
for "Vorsprung durch Technik" - with a new design language, an
innovative touchscreen operating concept, a host of luxury features and
infotainment options.
A combination of a four-door luxury
coupé and a versatile SUV, the Audi Q8 is equipped with a powerful yet
efficient 3.0 TFSI engine that generates 25OKW (340 hp) and 50ONm of torque
propelling the car from 0-100kmph in 5.9 seconds. Richly equipped,
comprehensively connected and tough enough for off-road duty, the Audi Q8 55
TFSI is a composed companion for business and leisure.
