- The Chennai International Fashion Week, the city’s highly
anticipated annual fashion event and is scheduled to be held from Friday July
12thto Sunday July 14th2019.
Chennai, June, 2019: The Chennai International Fashion Week announced the launch
of its8th edition at a press meet held at The Residency Towers, Chennai today.
The
highlight of the launch was the presence of National Racing Champion ‘Alisha Abdullah’ and Mrs India International
2018 ‘Vinodhini Krishnamoorthy’ unveiling the new logo of the upcoming
season.

The
popular Chennai-based designers Julie Verghese and Nazia Syed who will be
showcasing their designs at the fashion week gave a tantalizing
preview of their collections. Internationally acclaimed celebrity designers
Sanjana Jon and Hari Anand also briefed the media on their proposed show
themes.

Mr. Gaurav Sharma, CEO Storm Fashion Company said that the
show, the 54th Fashion Week
for SFC, would present newest style statements. “ 30 Stunning models across
India will showcase the artistry of the designers at 7.30 pm, 8:30 pm and 9:30pm respectively
on the 12th – 14th July weekend daily.
Chennai International Fashion Week
will also feature an eclectic mix of show stoppers from different walks
of life – actors, sportspersons and other eminent personalities.
