food festival.
Patrons are greeted with Roohafza & Iftar Platter.
Guests can break their fast with Special dishes include, classics
such as, Hyderabadi Haleem–succulent
meat stew with lentils and pounded wheat. Dig into the lip
smacking Hasrat Ali Sheek Kebab–Freshly
minced mutton sheek kebabs Reshami
Chicken/Chicken Angara- crispy tandoori chicken,with rich cashew based
sauce or spicy sauce. Tuck into a plate of Barbeque LucknowiBiryani/ZamZam Pilaf.
Vegetarians can relish dishes like, Chilli Mango
Panner, Cheesy Anar Mushroom, Sigri Vada, Gobi Mussalalm, Broccoli Makhana
Pulao the exquisite flavors of the street have been re-created carefully by
chefs at Barbeque Nation.
Apart from the lavish spread of starters and main
course, the restaurants will also have Live Counters, where patrons can pamper
their taste buds with Ramadan special Soya
Kheema Pav/PavBhaji, GoshtShammi Kebab. The dessert section is packed
