Grandis Institute Launches New Chennai Branch for Mobile & Laptop Chip Level Technology Career Program

Chennai, May 24, 2026: The inauguration ceremony of the new branch of Grandis Institute at Egmore in Chennai witnessed an overwhelming response from students and parents, marking a significant milestone for the institute’s expansion in technical and career-oriented education.

The event was attended by several distinguished guests and prominent personalities who extended their wishes for the future success and growth of students. The ceremony was inaugurated by MLA M. R. Pallavi, who graced the occasion as the chief guest.

Special guests at the event included Influencer & Educational Consultant Lakshmi Narayanan, Digital Creator / Influencer Kamali Gunasekaran and Chennai Weatherman Vlog & Explorer Abhishek. They interacted with students and shared motivational insights on career growth, skill development and emerging opportunities in the technology sector.

A key highlight of the event was the Career Guidance Program conducted for students and parents. The session focused on employment and business opportunities in the rapidly growing Mobile and Laptop Chip Level Technology sector, which was presented as a high-income career path in the current market.

The institute also organised workshops and free practical training sessions where participants gained hands-on experience using the latest machines, tools and technical equipment. Students were given an opportunity to directly interact with advanced repair technologies and practical lab setups.

According to the institute management, students enrolled at Grandis Institute could potentially earn between ₹70,000 and ₹1.2 lakh during the training period itself through skill-based opportunities. The institute further stated that upon course completion, students would be offered placement opportunities with monthly salaries ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000. The management added that these commitments would be formally provided through agreements executed on ₹200 stamp paper.

To support students coming from distant locations, the institute has also arranged free hostel accommodation and cooking facilities.

Parents and students who attended the inauguration appreciated the institute’s training methodology, laboratory infrastructure, practical-oriented teaching approach and career support services after personally visiting the campus and interacting with the faculty.

The management of Grandis Institute said its primary objective is to empower youth with technical skills and provide proper career guidance that can lead to sustainable employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

The new branch of Grandis Institute is located at GM Chambers, New No. 2, Old No. 127, Gengu Reddy Road, 2nd Floor, off Poonamallee High Road, Egmore.
