Dexian India Inaugurates 850+ Seater State-of-the-Art Office in Chennai, Strengthening Its Role as a Global Delivery Hub

Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Dexian India has inaugurated its new 850+ seater, state-of-the-art office facility at Embassy Splendid Tech Zone, Chennai, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey and its long-standing partnership with Tamil Nadu. The new facility underscores Dexian India’s steady expansion and its evolving position as a global delivery and innovation hub within the Dexian ecosystem.

The inauguration ceremony was led by Dr. Darez Ahamed, IAS, Managing Director & CEO, Guidance Tamil Nadu, Government of Tamil Nadu, and was attended by Maruf Ahmed, Global CEO, Dexian LLC, Anil Kumar, Managing Partner, Mindspace LLC, along with Dexian India’s leadership team, employees, and members of the media.

The day commenced with employee walkthroughs and a preview of the new workspace, followed by the formal inauguration that included multiple ribbon-cutting ceremonies, traditional lamp-lighting, and a guided tour of key operational floors. Leadership addresses and an in-depth press interaction marked the conclusion of the formal proceedings.

Addressing the gathering, Kumar Rajagopalan highlighted Dexian India’s focus on building long-term capabilities in India and its meaningful contribution to Chennai’s rapidly growing technology ecosystem. He noted that the new facility represents more than just scale, reflecting Dexian’s commitment to responsible growth and its philosophy of being “In the Business for Good”, where talent development, leadership depth, and community impact progress alongside business expansion.

Dexian India’s leadership also reflected on the organization’s journey in the country—from a modest support operation to a workforce of over 2,000 professionals across seven offices in six cities. Today, Dexian India functions as a global backbone for delivery, operations, and innovation, supporting customers across the US and international markets.

The newly inaugurated Chennai office is designed to enable advanced capabilities across digital engineering, data and analytics, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and AI-led solutions, allowing Dexian India to scale with accountability and purpose.

A key highlight during the press interaction was Dexian India’s leadership in AgriTech innovation, particularly through AgriIQ, the company’s Agri Intelligence platform conceptualized and scaled by the India team.
