Featuring over 200 images from 20 international photography projects, the exhibition highlights the work of children aged three to eighteen, capturing everyday life, local communities, and landscapes through various photographic methods such as film, digital photography, cyanotypes, and pinhole cameras.
This interactive installation, designed by The Architecture Story, added an engaging layer to the exhibition, inviting visitors of all ages to explore photography through playful activities, including a hands-on pinhole camera experience. Supported by Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies, RRD and Pooja Jhaver - the exhibition’s global reach—with participating institutions and artists from India, the UK, Turkey, Gaza, Guatemala, South Africa, and beyond—underscores the universality of photography as a medium of expression and connection, fostering a deep appreciation for the world through children’s eyes. The event is further supported by Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan as the primary partner and organized in association with Made of Chennai, TNQ Foundation, and other Palladium Patrons.
This exhibition is open from date January 23 – March 16, 2025.
