Mr. A Senthil kumar, Chief Business Officer of Dindigul Thalappakatti, added: “To mark Legendary Biryani Day, over 200 chefs from around the globe will prepare a biriyani, using 50,000 kg of seraga samba rice, 25,000 kg of chicken, 4,000 liters of pure ghee, and 20,000 kg of special spices. Our branches will be open from 6 AM to 12 PM, and we aim to serve 150,000 customers on this special day, aspiring to achieve a Guinness World Record.”
