Interaction with Ananya’s Management team revealed that their latest fully functional community was handed over in January 2024. As with every community handover, this was marked by a grand two-day function, including a grand kumbabhishegam of the temple, the opening of a clinic with medical staff, fully functional dining with cooking staff, and a massive 54,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a theatre, swimming pool, play area, community hall, salon, spa, and guest rooms. An administrative and security team, along with housekeeping, manages the overall community. The key handover to all the residents was celebrated with a two-day grand celebration of festivities.
