Rathinavel Rajan Honored at TILS National Industrial Relations Conference; Tamilnadu Institute of Labour Studies (TILS) Marks 50 Years of Excellence

Chennai, May 2, 2024 - Rathinavel Rajan, Asia and Mediterranean Regional HR Head of Ball Corporation was honored with the prestigious Best HR Leader award for the year 2023-24 at the National Industrial Relations Conference conducted by TILS.

The Tamilnadu Institute of Labour Studies (TILS), established by the Government of Tamilnadu, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Amidst the Golden Jubilee festivities, TILS recently organized a National Conference on the Current Scenario of Industrial Relations, graced by the presence of luminaries in the field.

The air was vibrant with intellectual discourse as the conference brought together diverse voices, each contributing to the rich tapestry of ideas. As a testament to its commitment to recognizing excellence, TILS also hosted an HR Award ceremony during the event.

The award was presented by the distinguished Additional Chief Secretary of Tamilnadu, Kumar Jayant IAS, and Commissioner for Technical Education, Veea Ragava Rao IAS, in the presence of eminent union stalwarts Shanmugam, Member of Parliament (LPF), A. Soundarajan, Ex. MLA (CITU), and Adhi Kesavan (INTUC).

Other notable winners include Rajagopal from India Stats Perform, Rohit Kumar Agarwala from CPCL, Paul Arokiyam from Jambi Bags, and Lifetime Achievement Award winner N.R. Mani from Lucas TVS.
