JCI India Launches Clean Plate Challenge To Create Awareness on Zero Food Wastage; Day 18/19/20 Update
Day 18/19/20 Update: JCI Hosur Lake City, as part of JCI India has launched CLEAN PLATE CHALLEGE 2023 which aims to ensure Zero Food Wastage. JC Balaganesh (Bali), a Nature Photographer Traveller along with Dr.Ranjani Rao, Honorary Member, Author-cum-Traveller of JCI Hosur Lake City are spearheading this noble initiative. The team is planning to visit 28 States covering 18,000 kms in 80 days meeting young school and college students across the country.
As part of this initiative, here is an update on Clean plate awareness campaign - a joint initiative of Zone XVI and JCI Hosur Lake City.

Promoted clean plate awareness in institutions as below.
- IPER Institute of psychological and educational research
- LO meet
- Calcutta University
Highlight event - Had opportunity to meet and greet the cyclists of Mehul Bharat Yatra who are cycling across 11 states of India in promoting Healthy India
Also promoted CPC at the hotel stayed, fuel stations/ motel during the journey.
